By accessing or using VidFlow (operated under Exiteers.tv), you agree to these Terms. This platform is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and applicable federal Canadian law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

• 🔴 No content that promotes violence, hate, illegal activity, or exploitation
• 🟢 Original commentary, news, satire, education, and opinion are welcome
• 🟢 Fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada) (criticism, parody, news reporting) is generally permitted

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Canada's federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario's applicable provincial privacy standards.

What we collect:

• Account information: name, email address
• Content you upload: videos, thumbnails, comments
• Usage data: watch history, likes, subscriptions
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

How we use it:

• To operate and improve the platform
• To process subscriptions and tip payments
• To send platform notifications (no spam)
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

Your rights under PIPEDA: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at privacy@theexiteers.com

Data may be stored on servers located in Canada or the United States. By using this platform, you consent to this transfer in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law.

We respect intellectual property rights under Canada's Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and, where applicable, the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to us.

Counter-notices: Uploaders who believe their content was wrongly removed may file a counter-notice. We will restore content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant seeks a court order.

As a platform host operating under Canadian law, we rely on the safe harbour provisions available to internet intermediaries. We are not liable for user-generated content provided we act expeditiously upon receiving valid takedown notices. We review all notices within 5 business days.
